IN-STORE PICKUP
If your billing address is within NSW, you are welcome to select in-store pick up at the checkout and pick up your order from our store in Newcastle NSW.
After placing your order, you will receive a text message from us asking for your preferred pickup date.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR PERISHABLES (MEAT)
- Due to the perishable nature of meat products, orders received after midday on a Wednesday, containing Biltong, Droëwors may only be dispatched the following Monday. Boerewors can no longer be ordered for delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES FOR NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS
- We aim (if possible) to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 business days after receipt of payment.
- Due to significant courier delays, deliveries can take up to a week, we thank you for your patience.
General
- Delivery times vary according to destination. Please allow up to approximately 7 working days for delivery.
- Whilst we focus on fast and reliable delivery of your order, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
