What is Boerewors or South African Sausage?
Boerewors or South African Sausage has its origins in Southern Africa but has now grown in popularity around the world. It is made from coarsely minced beef, pork, lamb or all three, with delicious spices. Traditional Boerewors is a thick sausage, usually formed into a continuous spiral.
